WalSan uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. 

Handling Time

The handling time is the number of business days the seller will take to ship the item after receiving your cleared payment. Handling time of WalSan is 2 business days.

Ships Time

The ‘Ships‘ time is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. For example, if an item displays "Ships: 1 business day" the item will leave our warehouse 1 business day after you place your order. While WalSan works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, personalised, custom-configured, and more popular items may have longer ship times. Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times.

Shipping Cost

The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. Courier Delivery cost includes tip. You can find delivery costs at checkout, on the Order Confirmation email and online when you view your order on the Order Status website.

What's Next?

Once your order is placed, we send information about your order by email. The email you receive depends on whether you chose to have the items delivered. If you have multiple items on your order, you may receive additional emails for each item.

Order Confirmation
The order confirmation email provides a summary of the items on your order. If you chose to have an item delivered, the order acknowledgement will display the delivery address.

Shipping confirmation
If you chose to have an item delivered, we'll send a shipment notification email when the item leaves our warehouse. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package using WalSan's online Order Status or enter the tracking number on the carrier's website.

Shopping in the U.S.

Simply shop at walsan.com with the payment method of your choice, and we'll ship the order to any address within the 50 United States. We regret that we cannot ship orders placed in the U.S. to addresses outside the 50 states.
